Returns
- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in the original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and any promotional items.
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process

- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return, including the shipping address.
- Pack the item securely to ensure it is protected during transit.
Non-Refundable Items and Orders

Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to improper assembly, handling, or use
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
